In order to improve and optimize their invoice document processes,  Smith Mechancial Inc. chose  IRISXtract™ to streamline / automate their transactions into QuickBooks Desktop (Enterprise V20).

This two-way integration with the QuickBooks Desktop automatically recognizes incoming documents and transforms their data. Each transaction is captured, validated and then directly exported into the QuickBooks Company File. The solution makes realtime calls to QuickBooks with events like duplicate invoice protection. In addition to that, the solution automatically creates monthly monitored payment reports on all parts and items.
