Function

Your mission?


  • Hunting of new customers and creation of strong, sustainable client relationships
  • Developing relationships with key customers into a real growth-scenario
  • Planning and implementing sales programs
  • Informing the partners and customers on new technologies
  • Advising clients on technical matters
  • Redacting offers
  • Demonstrating products features
  • Help partners /customers to maximizing the use of the products
  • Overseeing budgeting and performance measurement
  • Supporting the partners in sales and marketing of software products to end users
  • Designing and implementing strategic sales plans
  • Monitoring performance of own performance
  • Analysing the market and the targets
  • Participating to key industry events
  • Leading weekly sales meetings with the marketing
  • Communicating sales progress with upper management and executives
  • Creating your own lab environments for demonstration purposes
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly and half year revenue targets
  • Conduct ongoing prospecting activities in your territory aligned to your overall territory strategy
  • Develop and plan actions to commercialize new products/services into the customer base and to penetrate new customers in order to stimulate the sales
  • Stand alone delivery of presales consultancy to customers
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing teams
  • Collaborate strongly with the R&D team

Requirements

Your qualifications and skills?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
  • You have already gathered sales experience in the world of software
  • You have a passion for high-tech and related tolls and processes
  • Well-connected with strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in organisations, particularly within providers
  • Strong relationships outside of organization including highest levels of executives, with channel partners, customers
  • Exceptional ability to clearly convey ideas across a wide range of internal and external audiences
  • Requires a high level of professional “inside and outside” salesmanship
