Manager (m/f/d) Technical Training – Louvain-La-Neuve

Belgium – Louvain-La-Neuve

Function

Tasks:

· Development, planning and implementation of training programmes for partners, customers and internal staff, specifically geared to our products and technologies
· Designing training materials and methods, including e-learning platforms and classroom training, to provide an in-depth understanding of our products
· Ensuring the continuous development of training content in line with the changing requirements of the company and the market
· Management of a team of trainers and technical training specialists
· Liaise with various departments including product development, sales and marketing to identify and address training needs
· Evaluation of the effectiveness of training programmes and implementation of improvement measures
· Carrying out technical training courses
· Location: Aachen (Germany)

Qualifications and skills:

· Degree in computer science, engineering or comparable qualification
· Several years of experience in the development and implementation of technical training programmes, ideally in a technology-oriented company
· Experience in managing teams and projects in the field of technical training
· Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
· Analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
· High customer orientation and ability to work in a team
