Function

Tasks:

  • ·         Development, planning and implementation of training programmes for partners, customers and internal staff, specifically geared to our products and technologies
  • ·         Designing training materials and methods, including e-learning platforms and classroom training, to provide an in-depth understanding of our products
  • ·         Ensuring the continuous development of training content in line with the changing requirements of the company and the market
  • ·         Management of a team of trainers and technical training specialists
  • ·         Liaise with various departments including product development, sales and marketing to identify and address training needs
  • ·         Evaluation of the effectiveness of training programmes and implementation of improvement measures
  • ·         Carrying out technical training courses
  • ·         Location: Aachen (Germany)

  • Qualifications and skills:

    • ·         Degree in computer science, engineering or comparable qualification
    • ·         Several years of experience in the development and implementation of technical training programmes, ideally in a technology-oriented company
    • ·         Experience in managing teams and projects in the field of technical training
    • ·         Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
    • ·         Analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
    • ·         High customer orientation and ability to work in a team
